About US

The team that brings you Sarasota Christmas each year is made up of hundreds of volunteers from all walks of life.  While you will see many of these people in the production, there are even more you will not see. In addition to singers, actors, and instrumentalist, those who have abilities in architecture, engineering, and building help design and construct the stages and set pieces. Others work on costumes, decorations, food service, technology, media production and other areas you may never know about. It takes many people who are willing to put in a combined effort of thousands of hours of work to present Sarasota Christmas each year. They work as a team in order to share with our community and surrounding area the message of Christmas.

Where is Sarasota Christmas held?   

All performances are held in the Worship Center of Sarasota Baptist Church.  Click here for directions.

What are the dates and time of each performance?

December 1-6, 2017 at 7:00pm with a 3:00pm Matinee on the 2nd and 3rd

How can I purchase tickets to Sarasota Christmas 2017?  

We want it to be convenient for you to obtain tickets – Choose one of the following options

  •    Online ticket website
  •    Come to the box office located at Sarasota Baptist Church
  •    Phone 941.922.1449 – ask for Sarasota Christmas Ticket Sales
  •    Mail – contact the office at the phone  number above
  •    Following the Sunday morning services. Service Times are 9:00 and 10:45 a.m.   located at 7091 Proctor Road, Sarasota, FL 34241 If available, tickets may be purchased at the box office on the day of performances one hour prior to performance time.

How many tickets can I order at one time?   

You can order up to 50 tickets online.  If your group is larger than 50, please call the Music Office at (941) 922-1449.

Is it reserved seating?  

Yes, all seats are reserved. You may view a seating diagram by clicking here.

Are there refunds or exchanges for tickets?  

We do not offer any refunds or exchanges.  If you are unable to use your ticket(s) for some reason, we suggest that you find someone to give your tickets to or donate them back to the church. Donated tickets can be turned in at the music office or ticket office.

What happens if my tickets are lost or misplaced in the mail?

Tickets may be re-printed and mailed, if time permits, or picked up at our Box Office.  To report your tickets lost, please contact the Music Office at (941) 922-1449.

Is wheelchair seating available?   

Yes, wheelchair seating is available through our order system.

Do I need to purchase a ticket for my child?   

Yes.  Every person and child in attendance must have a purchased ticket for admission.  There is no special pricing for children.

Is there nursery or childcare available for performances?   

We do not provide childcare services.

Is there a discount available for groups?   

Our ticket prices are already subsidized by Sarasota Baptist Church as a gift to our community. If this were not the case the prices would be much higher. For that reason, we do not offer a discount for groups.

Is there a discount available for senior citizens?  

For the same reason as mentioned above, we do not offer a discount for senior citizens.

Is there a charge for parking?

No. We have ample parking available at our location.

Am I allowed to photograph or videotape the live performance?   

We do not allow video cameras during the performances.  The flashes from camera, as well as the power/recording lights on video cameras are distracting to others.
